The hotel is near Ginza station. It required about a seven minute walk. Various shopping centers and restaurants surrounded the hotel. The staff provided assistance with luggage forwarding to my next hotel in another city. The front desk operates 24 hours.

The air conditioning unit made considerable noise at times. it was quite difficult to sleep without earplugs.

A family mart is accessible directly from inside the hotel, a great convenience. Free amenities are available, and a coin laundry facility is accessible to all guests. These services added real value to my stay.

The hotel is situated just behind GINZA SIX, so it is very convenient. Multiple train stations were within walking distance. I appreciated being in a quieter area despite being in the middle of the city.

The hotel's location allowed convenient access to shops. A family mart connected directly, a Wonderful feature for Late night snacks. I found the staff amiable and eager to assist me. The cleanliness and order of the room were commendable.

the room looked smaller than it looked in photos. I noticed a peculiar smell from the toilet . Opening a window was not possible. The bathroom seemed outdated and rather cramped.
